Join us on an amazing journey that will not only deepen your yoga practice, but also give you the confidence and tools to teach a creative and powerful yoga class.  

At I Heart Yoga we combine the traditional practice of Vinyasa Flow yoga with experiential learning.  We welcome dedicated beginners seeking to grow their practice as well as the more experienced yogi who feels the call to teach!

This program will cover the safe practice of performing and teaching poses with a major focus on how to craft a creative and invigorating sequence that will keep your students coming back!  Our training will help you understand alignment for the physical poses as well as empower you to perform hands on assists and adjustments.  ​Each trainee will learn teaching techniques, asana alignment, anatomy for yoga, meditation, pranayama (breath exercises), physiology, Chakras, Ayurveda, philosophy and so much more!

Your teachers, Elsa Stuart and myself strive to infuse passion, inspiration and knowledge into your practice and teaching of yoga.  We make every effort possible to balance serious study with joyful play!
