These sessions are more than a sound bath.

By combining Yin Yoga, breathwork, and sound, the body is first guided into a state of openness and receptivity—allowing the effects of sound to be felt more deeply.

​With nearly two decades of teaching experience, Bree brings a calm, grounded presence to each session, creating a space that feels both supportive and transformative.

What to Expect

Each session begins with grounding breathwork and gentle, supported Yin postures to help the body soften and settle.
From there, you’ll be guided into stillness through a meditation tailored to the needs of you and your group, allowing the nervous system to shift into a more receptive state.
As you rest, layers of sound—crystal bowls, chimes, and subtle instrumentation—create an immersive environment that supports relaxation, emotional release, and inner clarity.
Every experience is intentionally curated to meet the energy of the group, creating space for both grounding and expansion.
