My Teaching Style
- My main focus in every style I teach is proper alignment and safety.
- I use descriptive cues to safely lead you through transitions & build strength in familiar postures, I love to include Yoga Props to add support and/or intensity.
- The practice of simple breathing exercises will teach your mind and body to remain calm even in intense situations, on and off your yoga mat.
- I will take into account your goals, fitness level, flexibility and all other factors to tailor a style just right for you, as you change and progress I will adapt.
